Email Verification

For every new email address (and your existing email address attached to your Backpack account) you’ll need to verify your identity.

Once you’ve you asked for the verification code you’ll be sent an email with a unique code. Enter this within the Backpack itself and you’ll be able to add badges to your account. If you’re having difficulty receiving the email, you may need to check you spam/junk folder or whitelist the following address: no-reply@backpack.openbadges.org
